Blue Moon's bakery flour - we use in all of our baked goods, pies, cookies, cakes, English muffins...all the things.
At home we use it for pancakes and oven pancakes too (and everything else including sauces)!
It's a great cup for cup or one to one flour to use any non yeast recipe.
You can use in yeasty recipes too - but there is a bit of a learning curve with yeast and gluten free baking. ;)
Ingredients: Brown rice, tapioca and potato starch with xanathan gum.
We are working on new packaging - but unil then, this flour is packaged in a gallon ziplock type bag.
